How we make a difference
P&G Paper Tubes is operated by P&G Growth as a social enterprise. Since 2017 we have manufactured paper tubes and cores for Australian businesses, and we use that work to help people from migrant and refugee communities build skills for the Australian workplace.
Through our partnership with the charity P&G Purpose, program members join our team on the factory floor. Each person follows an individual training matrix and moves forward as they gain new skills, at a pace that suits them. Our operations team gives hands-on training and day-to-day support, from operating equipment safely to understanding how an Australian workplace runs.
Our profits go back into the mission. In the 2025–26 financial year, we donated $78,740 to charitable purposes supporting migrant and refugee communities.
